- Place your order/requests with me through the email form below, specifying which package and/or items you need and include any questions you have.We will work out the colour(s) together.
- A quote will be sent to you via email for you to confirm.
- An invoice will be sent to you via PayPal for 50% of the total order cost.
- For your order to begin production, 50% of the total cost must be paid.
- Once your payment clears, your order will be started. This can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the size, the order in which yours was received and your wedding date*.
- You will receive an email when your order is ready to be shipped. At this time the remaining balance is due. You will receive an invoice via PayPal.
- Once payment clears, your pretty box will be sent and your job done!
* Allow yourself 4 weeks prior to your wedding date to receive your jewelery. This gives us room to fix any unforseen issues! Example: if your wedding date is June 1st, order the jewelery no later than April 1st. Do your best.

Shipping will be determined by the size of your order, your location and how fast you need it. I will do my best to keep the shipping as economical as possible with no pesky handling fees. All parcels will be insured, have a tracking number and will require a signature at the time of delivery - just to keep everything safe.
