Return Policy and Return Form
If an item does not meet to your satisfaction, you can return it in the original packaging (gift box) and send it back at your expense. A refund will be given only if the item is returned in unworn condition. The item must be packaged securely to prevent any damage en route.
You can be ensured that your item will be packaged securely for safe shipping, however the way that the postal service handles the goods is beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for shipping damage and will not issue refunds for such.
Exchanges will be considered with any further shipping at your expense. The difference in item cost will either be refunded (for a lesser value item) or billed via PayPal for immediate payment before the exchanged items will be shipped.
To cancel your order, please be sure to email email@example.com or call (506-470-9672) 9am - 5pm AST) immediately. Regular/in stock orders will be processed within 2 business days after receiving it; custom orders and/or back orders may need longer processing time. A $10CAD cancellation fee will be charged to cancel an order in process; a refund of the difference will be given.
To cancel an order after shipping, please return the package at your expense within 3 days of receipt to receive a refund. You will be charged a $10CAD cancellation fee; the original shipping will not be refunded.
The cancellation fee is to cover the time and administration to process the order that is to be canceled.
A good quality photo detailing the damage can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote. The item can be shipped at your expense and will be repaired for an appropriate fee.
