Payment & Shipping

q: What methods of payment do you accept? Is it all secure and stuff?

a: Paypal is the way to go these days - it's economical for the online retailer and super safe for the consumer. You can even use debit if you have your account set up for that.

If you do not have a Paypal account, it's super easy and fast to set up. If you plan to frequently shop the internet, we strongly suggest this method of commerce.

q: Tell me about your shipping rates and policies.

Canadian orders: $5.99 per item up to a maximimum of $15 per order.

USA/International: $8.99 per item up to a maximum of $20 per order.

(International rates may vary depending on location and postal service available. You will be notified if shipping rates must be adjusted.)

a: The Canadian Postal Service is excellent, but their rates are among the highest. Nothing we can do but charge you as close to the real postage without inflating it further by adding handling charges (there is just no room for that!) So, even though the flat rate may seem high, you can be assured that what you are paying is what it really costs to get it to your door.

*In Canada, we choose Expedited Parcel (2-7 business days;) fully insured, tracking available.
*For the U.S, we choose Expedited Parcel-U.S (as quick as 6 business days;) fully insured, tracking available, delivery to P.O Boxes.
*International shipping uses either International-Parcel or International Small Packet (depending on the size of the package;) fully insured.

Shipping can be upgraded at your request for the cost of the additional postage. You may wish to have your item sooner, you may request a signature at delivery, you may want to add more insurance. Visit Canada Post here for more information.

Your items will be securely and safely packed. We like to recycle and so you may receive your item(s) in a wrinkled envelope or labeled box - do not be frightened. It's what's inside that counts! We import much of our materials and so to reduce our carbon footprint, we re-use the suitable packaging.

As much as we hope that the postal services are keeping our packages safe, we will not accept responsibilty for items lost or damaged while enroute.

Returns & Exchanges

The first thing that you should do is give a shout using the Message Me page or send an email to joliemack@joliemack.com.

q: My Mom doesn't care for the design that I purchased her from this site. Can I return it?

a: Oh geez, that's too bad. Sorry we couldn't please Mom. Good news though, as long as you pack up the item safely and send it back at your expense, we are please to welcome the design home again and refund you. We ask that the item is unworn and still on the original tags.

q: My sister loves the earrings but would rather a different colour. Can I exchange what I bought her?

a: Man, the women in your family are picky! Yes, yes, of course. Same as above; package the item all nice and safe, post it at your expense with a note about what you would like to have it exchanged with.
